As part of a client project, I conducted research and performed a heuristic evaluation of the MyBenefits Dashboard for ALLCARE. Additionally, I conducted usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience. This initiative aims to aggregate and provide essential worker benefits to those who may not have easy access to them.

Revamped Home Credit's WordPress responsive homepage to improve the user-friendly flow for their Chatbot, reducing the website's bounce rate. Addressed navigational issues and enhanced access to help and support, resulting in an improved user experience.
