As a Product Designer, I was responsible for designing several key components, including: main website, Android mobile app, webapp, Partner Dashboard (B2B), and Integrations System (B2B). Through continuous improvement and innovative design solutions, we were able to attract more than 100,000 users and disburse over 500 million Philippine Pesos (approximately 9 million USD) in tuition fees in the Philippines alone.

MySuki, Pte. Ltd. (MySuki App & MyRotero App)
Created intuitive interfaces for gamification and the KaSuki Pay Later Program in the company's Android and iOS apps. I ensured a seamless experience in onboarding, navigation, and interaction for Roteros and Sari-sari store owners, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business requirements. I also engaged with end-users and updated my skills to incorporate innovative trends for optimal results.

Shakey's Philippines
Successfully overhauled Shakey's Philippines' delivery system, implementing a comprehensive design library and new features to improve efficiency. Through user research, I ensured usability for call center agents, delivery personnel, store managers, and team leaders. The redesigned processes optimized efficiency and enhanced the handling of customer orders. As a result, the revamped delivery system streamlined operations, improved the customer experience, and had a positive impact on overall business performance.

Designed the end-to-end platform for Artphorce, an online marketplace that empowers freelance Filipino graphic artists to showcase their skills and talents. My work involved creating a design library, conceptualizing innovative features, and conducting extensive user research to ensure a delightful user experience for all users.

ALLCARE
As part of a client project, I conducted research and performed a heuristic evaluation of the MyBenefits Dashboard for ALLCARE. I also conducted usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience. ALLCARE aims to aggregate and provide essential worker benefits to those who may not have easy access to them.

Home Credit Philippines
Revamped Home Credit's Wordpress responsive homepage, giving it a fresh look and a more user-friendly flow for their Chatbot. By redesigning the site's information architecture and addressing navigational issues, I successfully reduced the website's bounce rate. Additionally, I made it easier for users to access help and support, enhancing the overall user experience.

Successfully redesigned and resolved usability issues across the entire platform, improving the efficiency of the search function. Additionally, I conducted various user research methods and analyzed data from Google Analytics to validate and evaluate features and designs. As a result, the revamped FindUniversity platform is now widely appreciated by millions of Filipino students.

Spearheaded the establishment of a streamlined design process of Edukasyon.
